The Omni DA220 is a 4-inch direct thermal desktop printer with linerless printing capability, eliminating liner waste and reducing label costs. Combining affordability with a durable clamshell double-walled plastic design, it suits a wide range of applications including product marking, point of sale, retail, shipping labels, specimen labeling, pharmacy labeling, and patient tracking.
With 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) resolution and print speeds up to 6 ips (152mm/s), the DA220 produces crisp, clear barcodes, graphics, and text consistently.
Linerless Printing
The DA220 supports linerless media, removing the need for backing liner and reducing paper waste. Available with guillotine cutter (full cut or partial cut), linerless with cutter, or linerless with tear configurations to suit your workflow.
Communications
The DA220 comes standard with Ethernet, Serial RS-232, USB, and USB Host. Wireless options include Bluetooth, Bluetooth MFi, and Wi-Fi.
Memory and Programming
With 128 MB Flash and 64 MB SDRAM, the DA220 stores fonts, international character sets, and graphics with ease. It supports TSPL-EZD programming language for seamless integration and replacement of legacy hardware.

The clamshell double-walled plastic design features a large 5″ (127mm) OD internal label capacity with media width support from 0.7″ - 4.5″ (19mm – 114mm). Supports continuous, black mark, fan-fold, and notched (outside wound) media types with a minimum label length of 0.39″ (10mm) and media core diameter of 1″ – 1.5″ (25.4mm – 38mm).
